Description
This switch adds more options to the difficulty settings window.
At the moment, it allows choosing "none" for the number of initial industries, thereby creating maps with only towns. Note that this does not prevent industries from appearing later in the game. Also, do not turn off this switch with the setting being "none", set it to one of the other settings first.
