Stop All Vehicles

Stop (or start) all vehicles

Cht: ))StopAll[[]]StopAll[[ [0/1]

When used without a parameter (or with parameter 1), this cheat stops all vehicles, except airplanes in flight of course.

When used with parameter 0, it starts all stopped vehicles.
