Collect and display more in-game statistics.

Description
This switch enables the collection of additional in-game statistics. These statistics can be displayed by clicking on the new "Statistics" button in the player info window, or by opening the player window while holding the 'Ctrl' key.
At the moment, the only additional statistics are the amount of each type of cargo transported by each company.
