Allow opening more in-game windows

This switch allows opening more in-game windows. By default, it allows up to 20 windows, but you can change this to any number between 11 and 255.
Note that 3 windows are always in use for the toolbar, main view and status bar, so you will be able to open 3 less windows than the number you set for this switch.
