This bitmask controls what pieces are available for the road, roadmod or roadstation.
smallcurve - Small curve, 90°, 2x2
tightcurve - Tight curve, 90°, 1x1 (Narrow Guarge, Roads and Trams)
normalslope - Normal slope, up/down, 1x2
steepslope - Short slope, up/down, 1x1 (Narrow Guarge, Roads and Trams)
bit_4 - Unknown
reverse - U-turn, 1x0.5
bit_6 - Junctions
