Allows straight train tracks to be built over tunnel entrances

With this switch on, straight train tracks can be built over tunnel entrances, on a 90° angle from the tunnel.  At the time of writing, however, there are massive graphical glitches that are not expected to be fixed until the new graphical subsystem is implemented sometime after the next stable release.  An example of this is shown below:

The train shown has two carriages, but the one at the rear cannot be seen properly.  This is to do with the tunnel graphics handling and is unfixable without lots of coding.
