Description

When distributing cargo among several stations serving one industry, TTD always considers the two stations with the highest ratings for this cargo, but not all cargo is made available for transporting. A certain fraction of the cargo is lost.

With this switch, all cargo will be distributed according to the relative ratings of the two best stations. Similar ratings will receive a similar amount of cargo, and a rating twice as high will receive twice as much. Rounding errors mean that the better station will have a slight advantage.
