Main release
2.0 was released in 2003 in a blaze of glory. There has since been a bugfix release, 2.0r1 (October 2003). It can be downloaded from www.ttdpatch.net.
Beta release
The next stable release will be based upon the 2.5 branch. As of writing this document, the latest beta is 2.5b9, from October 2006.
Bleeding edge release
If you want the absolute bleeding edge of development, you can grab one of the nightly builds. Please be aware that all nightly builds are compiled without version data, so you must confirm that you wish to run the patch each time you play. If you experience difficulties, follow the instructions on the nightly build page.
