This is the traditional way of naming pages on a wiki, also known as WikiWords.  When editing a page, Tiki will automatically creates links and pages when you do this, such as HomePage or PatchTeam - no need to explicitly click on the "Wiki Link" button, or using whatever bit of screwed-up markup it is :)
