A program to modify TTD defaults, TTDAlter is not related to the Patch.
TTDAlter is a program to modify various aspects of TTD, without using the Patch. Some of the things you can change are:
- Vehicle stats
- Bridge stats
- Industry stats
- Costs of various actions
The program is written and maintained by Owen Rudge, and the current version is 4.2.
