The Bank is the part of the ECS Town Vector.

Accepted and produced cargoes

The Bank produces Valuables if defined.

The Bank accepts Valuables, Gold and Diamonds if defined.

The Bank does not accept any cargo during first 93 days of life if built in game.

Cargo acceptance is limited by storage capacity (1296 units for each cargo). If the stockpile is in overflow, the industry stops accepting cargo until the stockpile is down to 66% (864 units of cargo) of capacity, at which point the industry will start accepting cargo again.

Acceptance limit can be disabled with parameter of ECS Town Vector

Construction

The Bank can be built by a player both in a game and in the scenario editor. Construction cost has a factor of 144 that means the building cost is £421,875/$843,750 in game, in case of inflation is off. Construction conditions are represented in the table.

The Bank has zero probability (0) to be built by map generator and normal probability (5) to be built during game play.

Production and processing

Gold and Diamonds are processed.

Valuables are processed and produced.

To calculate a month production values should be summarized for all the cycles of the month (usually 8 or 9). The following calculations are given for one production cycle.

The Bank does not produce any cargo during first 93 days of life if built in game.

The Bank can processes up to 9 * level% / 400%  * (current year – 1900) bags of Valuables / tones of Gold / bags of Diamonds. If they are available at once, it processes Ri * Ri / (R1 + R2 + R3) units of cargo (i = 1..3)

The Bank produces (225 * level% / 200% + Valuables processed) / 6 bags of Valuables.

Production change

Production change happens on the 1-st day of every month.

The Bank does not change production level during first 93 days of life if built in game.

On the lowest production level (Very low or 3%) advanced closure mechanism is applied with the following protection conditions

  • last one on the map
  • younger than 5 years
  • amount of Valuables + Gold + Diamonds > 64
  • transportation level > 50%

Protection can be changed with parameter of ECS Town Vector to the following protection conditions:

  • last one on the map
  • younger than 5 years
  • amount of Valuables + Gold + Diamonds > 1
  • transportation level > 1%
  • Bank is built by the player during game play

Banks use 124 production levels, represented in % from 3% to 100%.

Production change happens according to the service rating. Transportation rating is:
